New ACI Delegate Austria: Karl Prochazka

We welcome our new Austria ACI Delegate Karl Prochazka who joined the community by election of the Austrian Citroen clubs in November 2009. Together with Manfred Buchgeher, he represents the Alp country from now on within the network.
