| How To Propose an ACI Supported Event |

You may also want your event to be listed here? This is the way to go for you: 1. Prepare a solid event project plan, including purpose and agenda, organisation, timeline, support by local / international other clubs, location, everything around this event, ... you name it. 2. Contact your national ACI delegates with this proposal, so they can forward this to the ACI board. Deadline for submission is 6 weeks before the Annual General Meeting which typically is end of year for a February AGM. Typically, there is only 1 important event per year supported by ACI. If more than 1 application is handed in, the ACI evaluates the proposals and takes a decision together with Citroën and the responsible event management teams. It is of importance to state that a common decision with all involved parties is the main goal! Once this decision has been made, the ACI announces this event to the delegates, as well as to the company Citroën, and proposes further supporting activities if needed.
