Major events for the ACI are AGM’s (Annual General Meetings) and GM (General Meetings).
The (Annual) General Meeting meets at least once a year and each time that it is called by the Board or at the requests of at least 1/4th of the Delegates.
The General Meeting includes all of the Active Members. When it comes to decisiontaking, only the Delegates of Active Members have voting rights at the General Meeting. Each Delegate has one vote.

As one of the tasks for ACI, there is also the decision about the “ACI Event Of The Year”. A procedure is established on how you can get your event being nominated as such – read more details in this section.
